I took this photo at the park next to my office (Cold Spring Park). I have my lunch at the park some summers to get fresh air. This was my first visit in the winter; it was very nice.
I like the perspective in this photo, though I wish it was centered a bit more. I love the shadow, the tree at the end of the bridge (centered to the bridge) and the reflection off the water. It is good to get out and enjoy nature year around.

I like the area a lot--and the shadows are great. This also might make a good place for a self-portrait? Do you think you will do one of those?
I do plan to do a few self-portraits. Maybe one a month? They are pretty tricky, so it will be a good lesson for me!
